Have you ever felt that others will realize that you do not deserve the accomplishments or recognition that you’ve received? You are not alone.
Imposter Syndrome is very real, and impacts all kinds of people. Imposter syndrome is a term referring to a pattern of behavior where individuals doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent, often internalized fear of being exposed as a fraud.
