HBA Chicago-Downtown presents

Value of Mentorship in Gender Parity: Featuring HBA Honorable Mentor, Lundbeck’s Peter Anastasiou

It's the end of our chapter's first year we are celebrating!! Join us for an engaging event focused on the importance of mentoring in achieving gender parity. The event will feature the Healthcare Business women’s Association Honorable Mentor of the Year, Peter Anastasiou, who will share his perspective on the role men and women must play in mentoring each other. The second part of the event will offer an exercise for attendees to peer-mentor each other. During this activity, you will be able to share top of mind goals or challenges with other participants to obtain insights and advice on achieving your goals. We hope you will join us for this opportunity to hear from a gender parity advocate, network with potential mentors, and gain insight on a current challenge or goal to improve your success. Note: Male colleauges are always welcome at HBA events and especially encouraged to attend this event highlighting the value of mentoring each other.
