How to Get Recognized, Promoted or Hired (Without Bragging) - Strategic Storytelling for Leaders
This session is a Strategic Storytelling workshop designed by Elizabeth Bachman to support professional development and career advancement. Participants will focus on refining how they present their own narratives to enhance visibility and communicate their value with clarity and impact.
In this interactive session, attendees will learn practical techniques to move from feeling unheard to confidently articulating their ideas in high-stakes situations, including gaining recognition
, advancing in their roles
, pitching projects
, and applying for new opportunities.
This is a hands-on working session. Participants will draft and refine their own personal elevator pitch and strengthen how they introduce themselves, their expertise, and their goals. Rather than leaving with theory alone, attendees will begin creating a clear, compelling story they can use immediately in meetings, presentations, and career conversations. By the end of the session, participants will have concrete storytelling tools and a practical framework they can apply across multiple professional scenarios.
