Supper Club: Leading with Strengths

Participants will take the CliftonStrengths Assessment on their own prior to the session (40-min, online), and then bring their results to discuss during the small-group conversation, moderated by Michelle Youngers, a Gallup-Certified Strengths & Builder Talents Coach.

The assessment measures your unique talents -- your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving -- and categorizes them into the 34 CliftonStrengths themes. Your customized report will help you chart your course to accomplish great things using the true north of what you naturally do best.

Use the Clifton Strengths 34 Report to reflect on your key strengths
Develop a deeper understanding of your own strengths, and how to optimize them for leadership
Manage your potential weaknesses, and build better relationships

Additional Event Information

After registration, you will receive an email with a unique code to access the survey. Please complete the assessment on your own, prior to the session, and bring a copy of your CliftonStrengths 34 Report to reference. Please select either the CliftonStrengths All 34 (for participants taking for the first time), or the Top 5 Upgrade to the All 34 (if you have already taken the Top 5). Registration fees include the program and discounted Gallup assessment fee. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue, happy hour menu available.

Photography Policy
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.
