Working in the life sciences industry is inherently patient centric, where patients are increasingly recognised as the true customers of healthcare.  As international health-care professionals, we hold various roles from individual contributors to C-suite level executives in various facets of the business.  Despite our professional responsibilities, the challenge is - do we truly have a clear understanding of what it means to be "patient-centric" and a clear line of sight on how to personally deliver on our organization's mission to serve patients?

Come meet the experts in the field as we explore and shed clarity to this topic.  During our educational series kick-off, Patient Engagement Leaders - Sharon Suchotliff, Associate Partner, Patient Centricity Lead, ZS Associates and Desiree Priestly, Executive Director, Patient Experience & Support, Otsuka America - will share their expertise and set the stage for this deeper understanding.   They will lead an interactive dialogue on differences in terminology of patient centricity, engagement and advocacy.  They will explore how patient engagement principles can be integrated into our daily responsibilities.

You will have an opportunity to attend future sessions, during this 2024-25 Patient Centricity educational series, that will continue to explore best practices on how to operationalize and embed patient engagement principles in different healthcare roles.  You can build on this knowledge to empower yourself to champion these concepts within your organization.  Patient engagement benchmarking and effectiveness measurements will also be examined to understand how to make and sustain an impact.

Virtual attendees will be eligible for a free drawing to win a book on this topic "Reinventing Patient Centricity: Bringing patient-led business models to life" by Sharon Suchotliff, Hensley Evans
