Nicola Greenway is a purpose-driven leader who has held both commercial and HR leadership roles and who brings with her, extensive international experience, strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive. She is a change agent, trusted advisor and thought partner to executive leaders, who has held Talent, DE&I, and Business Partner roles in FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and NYSE listed companies. Her core strength is helping organizations to develop and implement the people strategies required to achieve their short, medium and long-term business goals. Her commercial roles included strategy, business planning and management consulting. She has a respected mix of global/international experience including: management responsibilities for teams in US, Europe, Japan, China, Brazil and several other Emerging Markets countries; Multi-industry experience in Bio Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Professional Services sectors; Business impact in areas such as mergers, acquisitions and integrations, scaling for growth and revenue maximization, as well as rationalizations to drive operational efficiency and bottom line performance; Transformations through digital and data-driven innovations, Leadership Development, Culture and Values; and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. As a member of Takeda’s Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council and the Executive Sponsor for Enables, Gender Parity Network, Women at Takeda Switzerland and the Black Leadership Council Switzerland, Nicola leverages her experience and networks to influence change. She is also a current member of the Board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA). Through her engagement with each of these bodies, Nicola is passionate about influencing representation and inclusion across the health and life sciences industry.She holds a Masters degree in Employment Law from the University of Surrey, UK and an Executive MBA from ENPC, Paris and the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Mary brings to the HBA 30 years of experience leading the strategic integration of corporate branding, marketing, health equity, inclusion and digital innovation for biopharma, healthcare, and media companies. Her expertise and cross functional acumen have provided global leadership to organizations and Fortune 500 companies including Genentech, Bayer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Sumitovant, UnitedHealth Group, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Health Care and Comcast NBCUniversal. Previously Stutts was the Global Chief Inclusion and Health Equity Officer at Real Chemistry where she drove inclusion and equitable care for clients by integrating customized digital analytics and data intelligence to increase market penetration and clinical trial diversity. Among her many accomplishments, as the former Chief Inclusion and Health Equity Officer at Stanford Health Care, Stutts worked directly with the board to curate the Inclusive Leadership Workshop which was designed to develop executives capable of leading, growing and transforming organizations while addressing racial and social injustice and inequity amongst all stakeholders. Additionally, Stutts led Genentech’s $5 million Diversity in Clinical Trials initiative to increase the representation of people of color and women; enhanced a culture of workplace inclusion and health equity during Bristol Myers Squibb’s business model transformation; and oversaw fulfillment of the FCC’s digital equity conditions in Comcast’s California Region required for the acquisition of NBC Universal. Stutts is a recognized advocate of women in leadership and has been at the forefront of board readiness programs to increase the representation of women and people of color on public and private corporate boards. Stutts earned a Master of Health Administration degree at the University of Southern California and is a graduate of the Executive Program on Strategy and Organization at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Tamika has over 25 years in the biopharmaceutical space and began her career journey with Johnson & Johnson. Tamika joined Amgen in 2001 as a specialty sales representative in Dallas TX. Over the past 19 years, she has gained diverse experiences including sales/account management leadership, marketing and value & access to medicine. She has been the recipient of multiple Amgen pinnacle awards including Chairman’s Circle, Team Excellence, Marketer of the Year and Coach of the Year. Tamika currently serves as the lead for Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) at Amgen and is responsible for shaping strategies to ensure our workforce reflects the globally diverse communities we serve while maintaining an environment where this diverse workforce can fully contribute to our mission to serve patients. Throughout her career, Tamika has been a champion for diversity, inclusion and belonging. Personally & professionally Tamika feels an inherent responsibility to support and mentor others to find their authentic voice and professional purpose. Tamika has served as the Global Co-Chair for Amgen Black Employee Network (ABEN) and was an integral part of the leadership team that launched the first field-based Employee Resource Group (ERG) with Women Empowered to be Exceptional (WE2), which is now a sustainable model for other Amgen field-based ERGs. Tamika received Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas State University and Global Executive MBA from TRIUM (NYU, London School of Economics, HEC Paris). She also currently serves on the TRIUM DEI Council.

She has over 20+ years of experience: multi-cultural, audience segmentation and strategy, paid media expertise, partnership building, account/brand management and leadership/mentoring. Karima is a known trailblazer for igniting partnerships and fostering innovation through strategy, media expertise and empathetic leadership. Some of her recent accomplishments are as followed. • Driving industry changes via thought leadership in media and marketing with features in Adweek, MM+M and many other outlets discussing the importance of Multicultural Marketing and Inclusive Investments in healthcare media. Recognized as an In Vivo 2022 Rising Leader in Healthcare as well as a 2022 Agency Vanguard Recipient by DTC Perspectives. • Launching, consulting, and managing 400+ paid media campaigns for over 90+ pharmaceutical and medical device brands and over 25 therapeutic categories (Oncology, Diabetes, Neurology, Long-term Care, etc.) to reach physicians, patients/caregivers and payers. • Advocating for DE+I in healthcare to transform culture and traditional business leadership. Co-founder and past global lead for the Healthcare Businesswomen Association’s (HBA) Women of Color Affinity Group, which focuses on changing the narrative for women of color (WoC) healthcare leaders. The affinity group is the second largest within the HBA and was established in late 2019 with now a network of over 400 WOC leaders and allies. o She has been honored three times (2019-21) with the HBA’s Marie Curie Award, an annual award for Impact and Innovation for her volunteer efforts. Karima is a Philly native, rockstar wife and mother of one son. She holds a BA in Communications from Temple University and an MBA from Rosemont College.
