How we show up impacts how others see and respond to us, more importantly, it impacts how we see and respond to ourselves. As leaders we have a responsibility to understand and manage what we put out to others. Not to appear perfect, but to be authentic. To have a solid understanding, and ownership, of your strengths and weaknesses and to use that understanding to lead effectively, while being authentically YOU.
In Leading with Executive Presence, attendees will:
- Gain an understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, and leadership style
- Identify areas of growth and next steps to develop in those areas
- Learn how to use the STRETCH process to keep improving

About the Speaker
Sonal Sheth Zawahri is an award-winning Author, Strategist Trainer, and Emotional Intelligence Coach. She holds a B.S. degree from Miami University and an M.S. degree from Ohio State University and has recently been awarded the Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award through Women & Hi Tech in Indiana. As an EI strategist, Sonal empowers individuals to step into ACTION, develop the MINDSET they need to STRETCH and create the life they want! She teaches individuals and Org. how EI builds confidence, cultivates and strengthens leadership skills, nurtures effective communication and fosters inclusive cultures. She designs and delivers DEIB training programs for organizations such as Roche, Eli Lilly, Ronald McDonald House, SHRM, PM Institute of IN and Chicago, Ivy Tech Community College etc. She presents live and virtually, to local and global audiences.
