Rising Stars and Luminaries: Bridging Multi-Generational Teams in the Workplace

Stuck in a generation gap? Sandwiched in a team that spans 40 years or more? Rise up and be the bridge.

Come to our interactive workshop on bridging the generational gap in the work place. After a networking breakfast, Rising Stars and Luminaries will hear an examination of different generations in the work place and the vast differences that exist based on each generation’s values. Collaborate with other Rising Stars and Luminaries to understand the challenges and opportunities in managing up and down to different generations. How can today’s Rising Stars and Luminaries be the bridge to keep their teams in sync? How do the beliefs of each generation impact working relationships and interpersonal approaches? You’ll leave with a renewed sense of how to overcome generational struggles and actionable takeaways to help your multi-generational team flourish.

Special instructions: Event is in Building B. Park in the garage behind Building B. Parking garage is accessible by using code 2408#. The # must be used at the end of the code. There are three levels of parking available and any open/unmarked space, "Ogilvy/OCHWW" space, or visitor space would be acceptable for parking. Please do not park in a space that has a company name on it other than "Ogilvy/OCHWW". After parking in the garage, enter the building through the doors near the clock tower; entrance is between Buildings B and C. Take elevator or stairs to first floor and follow HBA signs to the stage.
