Finding Clarity through Communication

We all form assumptions that ultimately lead to decisions. Sometimes our assumptions are correct and other times, we learn that we should have validated our assumptions through better communication and engagement. Understanding other perspectives through the use of powerful questions, deep listening and mastering the ability to provide constructive feedback is key to gaining deeper clarity, encouraging two-way communication and thus making better decisions. These skills are particularly important when so much of our daily business is conducted through virtual meetings. This interactive workshop will provide some concrete recommendations for what you can do to improve your communications at work tomorrow.
