During this interactive program, we will focus our attention on understanding the concept of gender parity and translate it into activities each of us can do to influence the change we want to see. We will be joined from inspiring keynote speakers and explore the following topics:

• Understand how gender parity affects us and the impact it has on our business
• What you can do to drive change
