Join us for this inspiring, all day workshop designed to prepare you to navigate career challenges and changes or help kick-start a job search. Everyone will face a career transition, big or small, at some point in time. Learn how you can make this experience positive and rewarding by taking control. Defining and articulating your strengths and aspirations positions you for success in whatever comes next.

1. Define/refine their expectations about the transition process.
2. Network at a more productive level with peers and build mutually beneficial relationships.
3. Share best practices and provide encouragement and support - be creative in helping one another
