HBA Peak Performance Book Club: Atomic Habits
As described by the author, "Packed with evidence-based strategies, Atomic Habits will teach you how to make small changes that will transform your habits and deliver amazing results."
We will host roundtable discussions covering a few chapters each meeting with the goal of not only understanding the material but also exploring practical ways to integrate these insights into daily life.
Dates the group will meet for discussion include: 22-Nov, 6-Dec, 10-Jan, 24-Jan, 7-Feb, 21-Feb, 7-Mar.
