HBA PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Informational Session: Transform Your MSLs’ Impact with University and Industry Expert Training

The HBA Philadelphia Chapter is pleased to collaborate with the Drexel University Close School of Entrepreneurship and Innovara, a global leader in healthcare industry talent development, to offer a pioneering graduate-level certificate program for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) at a discounted tuition rate for HBA members and companies enrolling groups of employees.

Drexel University’s course curriculum is designed to equip MSLs with the essential skills to help transform medical practices, as well as impact business and therapeutic area strategies by pharmaceutical, life sciences, and medical technology companies. The program is ideal for those new to the MSL role or for those with an advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS, MSN) transitioning to a critical field-based medical position.

MSLs and field medical staff are essential for sharing scientific knowledge and engaging with medical thought leaders. Training them in communication, innovation, and leadership enhances their impact on patient outcomes.

The certificate program will be delivered in a blended learning, flexible format to accommodate working professionals, combining online modules with interactive, live virtual sessions led by industry and academic experts. The next 10-week session begins on April 8, 2026, and a 20% tuition discount will be offered to HBA members.
