Conflict Resolution Strategies in the Workplace

In this workshop you will learn conflict resolution strategies and receive practical handling tips on how to resolve conflicts at your work place. The workshop will be led by Carl Emerson, a relationship management specialist. Carl has great communication skills and over 25 years professional experience in the healthcare industry. The interactive workshop will mainly focus on confilct resolution strategies at work. The workshop will be kicked off through an introduction to conflict management, followed by the provision of conflicts resolving tools including a practical part. You will learn why it is important to resolve conflict situations and to communicate appropriately in your work place. Carl will also show you different ways to consider conflict situations and what you can learn out of such situations.
