Kathrin is a healthcare professional and former VP with over 30 years of global leadership experience in various strategic and operational roles, most of the time with Merck KGaA in Germany. In 2022 she transitioned into a multifaceted career as start-up advisor, business angel, speaker and non-executive board director.
Kathrin is purpose driven with a passion for gender equality and diversity. She has been an active volunteer with the Healthcare Businesswomen Association (HBA) since nearly 15 years. This year, Kathrin was honored as HBA STAR (Strategic Transformation Achievement Recognition) for her work in building HBA Europe to become the force that it is today.
