Harness Change and Accelerate through Alignment Optimization

Event details
Alignment is critical to business success. When people are engaged in joint action, some of them will often see reasons why the initiative is not the right thing to do, the barriers to making it happen, reasons why it won't sustain. If not addressed, these factors will constrain an individual's commitment to taking full action, and drive them down alternate paths that negatively impact the initiative.

An emerging new scientific method, Alignment Optimization, is being used at Global 50 Organizations, Associations, and small businesses to surface a full dataset of thinking that drives action and inaction. The datasets lead to early barrier mitigation, coupled with in-depth optimized project planning. Alignment Science is being taught in Ivy League MBA programs and executive education.
