Description
The idea of “balancing” work and personal life is not new.  Since the term “work-life balance” was first popularized in the 1970s, much has been said about this subject; yet, little evidence exists that it is indeed possible to achieve. The concept of balancing work and personal life is actually a futile pursuit because it sets up false expectations: work and life cannot be compartmentalized—we don’t leave our personal lives in the parking lot when we walk into our offices.

This webinar explores practical, game-changing strategies for managing the unrelenting demands of work and personal life. Drawing from neuroscience, learn why tactical external solutions such as time management are ineffective unless thought patterns and subconscious beliefs are aligned with the goal of a less frenzied life. Apply the seven steps of a Balance Breakthrough Plan to more successfully blend a thriving career and greater personal well-being.
