HBA ALBUQUERQUE PRESENTS

New Year, New Me: An Interactive Session Encouraging Health and Wellness

Well-being is a personal journey, one that everyone should embark on to create healthy habits and intrinsic value in their life. The reality though is that life is a struggle; and for most people well-being takes the backseat when stressors, like a worldwide pandemic, political transition, and civil unrest are center stage. However, well-being is about giving yourself permission to do the things you need to find balance in your life. During this webinar, we will discuss what holistic well-being means, how to set SMART goals, and touch on a variety of well-being topics such as addressing burn out. With 2021 just starting, now is a great time to check in on your well-being journey and learn how to support your 2021 goals.
