Come join the HBA Greater Philadelphia chapter for our latest Fit to Lead event. Today’s leaders in the healthcare industry must be fit - mentally, emotionally and physically - to handle stress, maintain focus, address challenges, improve engagement and motivate others.

This all levels fitness event creates a space for those new to yoga and those with an established practice to perform office friendly yoga postures to relieve tension and promote wellness in any location at any time. Enjoy some networking and healthy snacks, learn from our experienced yoga instructor how to relax your body and your mind, and take home and back to your office a new tool for your personal wellness.
