HBA OLD METRO AREA PRESENTS

Social Media - Shaping Your Customer Base and Daily Health Management

Event details
The growth of social media has been dramatic. Given the rapid changes in the landscape of social media in healthcare, it is important to develop a better understanding of how it is used to gain access to specialty areas where you can increase your customer base and also understand the influence and how it can help in your own health management. We will explore social media from perspectives of hospitals, access/payers, individual healthcare and healthcare advertising. Find out the value in using social media to enhance your healthcare experience.

Learning objectives
1. Demystify social media campaigns currently being used in the healthcare space
2. Define new customer base within the social media space
