HBA OLD CHICAGO PRESENTS

Enhancing Healthcare Value: Processes, Partners and Patient Outcomes

Event details
Success in healthcare today increasingly hinges on the tricky balance of quality over cost. Public and private payers have ramped up pressure for proven value. Increasingly savvy patients have shown willingness to shop for care that meets their rising expectations. Our expert panel will offer insight from diverse sectors within the industry—payers, providers, new market entrants—to highlight how innovative partnerships and new business models can underpin organizations’ efforts to deliver on this challenging value equation.

Learning objectives
1. Show how different sectors of the health care industry are redesigning their strategies to provide value to patients
2. Recognize how consumer decisions are changing behavior
3. Identify the current state of cross-industry partnerships (eg, payer/provider) and discuss the implications on your business imperatives
