HB8: Discovering Work-Life Integration

Work-life balance is an unrealistic goal for most working women to achieve, especially now that so many of us are juggling the work-from-home model. How do you manage all of your personal and professional priorities without dropping the ball? How do we stop focusing on the unattainable work-life balance to achieve work-life integration?

Y.J. Oh, Vice President of Global Marketing at Edwards Lifesciences and HBA OC Advisory Board member, will share her personal experiences managing a career in a male-dominated industry, discuss the pitfalls of striving for work-life balance, and provide tips and techniques for achieving work-life integration. We look forward to an engaging discussion!
