HBA BASEL PRESENTS

Sleep to succeed

One third of the population reports sleep problems or chronic fatigue. Poor sleep can be very dangerous, impacting your mood, your concentration, your ability to think and even compromise or impair your health (obesity, diabetes, …). Awareness and small changes in your daily habits can support you to sleep better while reducing and compensating these negative consequences.
Join us to learn the basis of sleep; why we sleep, what happens if we don't. We will also learn and understand how our circadian rhythm and our internal clock work and ultimately we will unleash some little tips to improve your sleep and overall your daily well-being.
