Women in the workplace as well as female athletes sometimes find themselves in uncomfortable or even potentially dangerous situations, whether it's during solo business travel or while exercising outdoors. Join us for a self-defense class focused on building new skills in a safe space amongst peers. The techniques practiced in this sweatworking class will be straight-forward and easy to remember, with the goal of providing strategies that will help build awareness of your surroundings. A speaker will also join us to discuss perseverance as an athlete, as well as in the workplace.

Please come prepared to move, as this class will be somewhat interactive.
