HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

HBA Lyon - Everyone Can Be a Leader

Event details
Join us for a special leadership evening. At the event, you will acquire life-changing tips to develop your leadership: at a collective and individual level.

First, you will learn how to create and contribute to a collective leadership culture by discovering the Danone group learning story: "Leadership for All”, which involves around 100 000 employees. The Danone Leadership College is a formal development program built to empower all employees, whatever their position, to lead using Danone’s leadership attitudes.

Then, the diffusion of a very inspiring and controversial video will be a starting point of a rewarding conversation about women and leadership. In her TED video called “Why we have too few women leaders”, Sheryl Sandberg (Facebook, COO) tried to understand why a smaller percentage of women than men reach the top of their professions and offered powerful pieces of advice. Her talk, which became a phenomenon and has been viewed more than 4.6 million times, encouraged women to “sit at the table,” seek challenges, take risks, and pursue their goals with gusto. The video will be followed by an interactive panel discussion.

Light snacks will be provided.

Learning objectives
1. Discover how to create and contribute to a collective leadership culture
2. Discuss the relationship between leadership and women and develop your individual leadership skills
3. Connect and network with other business women from healthcare industry
