2023 Executive-Level Program: Virtual Circle of Advisors Program

The Circle of Advisors Program will provide a meaningful opportunity for innovative career development and the creation of a peer board of directors, an informal group of people you trust, whose knowledge and perspectives you can call upon when working through decisions to supercharge your professional (and personal) trajectory. Combine a Circle of Advisors with an Executive Coach and you have a winning combination to create deep learnings. What you will gain in this program: insight into diverse perspectives, a robust accountability system, an enduring support network, opportunities to practice new skills in a safe space, a nurturing climate of trust, and the ability to gain confidence in taking risks. A Circle consists of 5-7 participating executive-level women matched to an executive coach selected based on their proven expertise and experience in partnering with and supporting top-tier executive-level leaders. The Circle should try to meet twice in the first month (virtually) and then once per month thereafter. The program runs April 25-November 14th for the small Circle meetings.

Key Program Dates:
Program Kick-off: April 25, 7-8:30PM EST
We have planned for two mid-event programs to expand networking across all Circles on the following dates:
