Event description
Are you frustrated with ever changing roles and job titles? Are you struggling with daily work overload? Do you feel a victim of change? Are you puzzled about an ever changing company strategy?

The bad news is, change is here to stay for a long time. The good news is, you can have a positive impact as a team member as well as a leader.

Future successful leaders will need to identify change proactively with and through their team members, creating a vision to guide the change through inspiration and commitment. Fundamental to motivation and performance are connecting the team member’s sense of identity to the job at hand and the organization as well as being a role model, enabling to taking ownership and adapting management style to different situations.

This event hosted by Pfizer will present a visionary landscape of future leadership, focusing specifically on ongoing and required transformation in the healthcare industry. The presentation and panel discussion will deep dive into the changing world of healthcare and capabilities required to be a visionary and effective leader during an era of transformation.
