HBA TORONTO PRESENTS

Learning Circle: Leading Without Authority

Are you looking to inspire action, drive collaboration, and gain influence—regardless of your formal leadership status?

Following an engaging panel discussion, your Learning Circle facilitator will guide you through practical strategies outlined in the Forbes article, Leadership Dilemma: Influence Without Authority, and interview with Jocelyn Davis - Author of The Art of Quiet Influence. We will discuss how to build credibility, communicate with impact, and align others around shared goals —all essential skills for influencing without a formal title.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to network with other professionals, exchange experiences, and practice ways to lead without authority. You'll leave the event equipped and empowered to lead with influence, drive meaningful change, and make a lasting impact in your organization.

Join us for this interactive session to develop the skills needed to lead effectively without formal authority.

Thank you to our generous sponsors – Bayer and Ogilvy!

PRE-WORK: For us to have meaningful discussions together, all participants are advised to read this article by Forbes and the interview video with Jocelyn Davis:
