Join Gwen Acton, CEO, Vivo Group, coach and consultant, on Wednesday, May 21 from 8 am to 4 pm for a day of strategic communications skill building.

The healthcare business relies on high-performing women at entry level and middle management who know how to use good communications skills to make things happen; be one of them. This workshop in the HBA Leadership Success Series helps you apply your unique communication style in the business environment, complementing and maximizing your leadership strengths. This workshop is led by Gwen Acton, a communications expert with deep experience in both academia and industry.

Learning objectives
1. Have a baseline understanding of your current preferred communication style – leverage of the DISC or a similar type assessment
2. Appreciate the needs of other communication styles
3. Use strategies to adapt your communication for different styles
4. Use a simple framework to be able to quickly organize and develop presentations
