Workplace Strengths and Development Areas: Identifying and Building Upon Them

Event description
Are you aware of your workplace strengths? Are you aware of your areas for development? Come and join us for this highly interactive day, led by experienced and successful coaches who will focus on you and your personal development.

Come prepared to be honest and open about your development areas and your workplace strengths. You will learn how to utilize and build on these to have a fulfilling and successful career. The coaches will work with you to produce a clear action plan which focuses on future actions as a result of identifying these different strengths and development areas.

In order to get the most out of the day, please bring with you:
     - Latest 360 feedback
     - Last performance review
     - MBPT or similar profiles

Discovering your strengths and motivators:
      • What do you love doing?
      • What things come easy to you?
      • What things do you look forward to doing?
      • What things do others say you do well?
      • What tasks make you feel good?

Discovering your development areas:
     • What do you dread doing?
     • What things do you put off?
     • What tasks rarely get easier?
     • What tasks provoke anxiety in you?
     • What tasks make you feel inadequate?
