This event has reached capacity and is now offering a wait list registration. This wait list does not confirm your attendance. In the event that a registrant cancels their attendance for this event, you will be notified by the chapter representative for the HB8 dinner program via email. The wait list is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. Any participant who is moved from the wait list to a confirmed attendee will still be responsible for their event costs, which will be administered by the chapter at the time of the event.
Each of us is born to build something, and we all have specific talents unique to us that can be applied for successful entrepreneurship or intraprenuership. Your venture could be a thriving new division in an existing company, a new enterprise poised for growth or simply a disruptive idea needing attention! Gallup has identified 10 Talents that are specific to building. Join Michelle Youngers, Certified Gallup Coach and HBA San Diego chapter president and an intimate group of 8 members for an evening of self-exploration of your unique Builder Talents.
Note: This event is for members only. The cost of $15 covers administrative and chapter fees (charged at registration). This fee is non-refundable unless cancelled in advance. Cancellations are appreciated at least 48 hours in advance to allow time to notify the next person on the waitlist. You are responsible for the cost of your food and beverages. Moderately priced (entrees, beverages, tax and gratuity, average $25.00 range).

Photography Policy
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.

The HBA requires that all persons who participate in in-person events do so at their own risk and that each participant agrees to the following agreement before taking part in the activity and urges all participants to act in such a manner as to protect their own safety and the safety of others.
By registering for this event, I fully understand that my participation in the program is purely voluntary. I desire to participate and agree to act reasonably and prudently under the circumstances. I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will act individually and will not represent the HBA. As a condition to my participation the activity, I waive and release the HBA and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim that I may have for any damage to property or injury to my person that may result in whole or in part from my participation.
