Build Your Future in Healthcare: Connecting with Talent Leaders in Madrid is an in-person evening designed to bring together healthcare professionals and talent leaders to explore what it takes to shape the next generation of talent in Madrid. Attendees will be welcomed by HBA and Madrid Excelente before a keynote on Talent, Opportunity & Excellence sets the stage for a forward-looking conversation.

The program continues with an advocacy round table featuring expert perspectives across the healthcare and talent ecosystem, followed by an interactive audience discussion. The evening will close with a cocktail and networking hour—an opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and build relationships that can support your next career or hiring move. Presentations and the round table will take place in Spanish.
