Own your career trajectory - Unforeseen events may be professional building blocks

"Plan your work and work your plan" -Napoleon Hill (US author).

Many of us plan our careers paths, and anticipate where we would like it to end up. It is often this that drive our actions, such as obtaining qualifications or gaining experience through 'doing the time'. When extrinsic factors steer us off plan, we have to manage them and navigate appropriately. Often, these apparent diversions can be positive steps to a path that was better than the initial plan.

Join our lively panel as they share insights around their career lifetime on embracing setbacks, tackling unconscious bias, value in finding support and mentors, benefits of growing your network and other engaging topics. Opening their world to us will be: Olivia Zollinger, CEO, Swiss Healthcare Startups; Dr Jürg Wiedler, Managing Director Phillips-Medisize; Isabel Kalofonos, VP, franchise lead for HAE. The session will be moderated by Dr Louise Duerr, Partner Page Executive and Sean Yap, board member HBA Zurich-Zug chapter.

Special instructions: 2 min walking distance from Zurich Paradeplatz, 15 min walking distance from Zurich central station or 2 tram stops
