Event description
Build your network with a group of women who have a strong interest in health. Come together to build relationships and share tips on improving work life balance and go-to quick and healthy meal options, while learning a great new recipe, including dessert.

Learning objectives
1. Network with fellow women in healthcare
2. Describe how to prepare a well-balanced and nutritious meal quickly and with what you have at home
3. Connect and share recipes and ideas on work life balance
