RESCHEDULED: Building Momentum to Rise: Increasing the Number of Women Who Reach the Executive Suite
Women account for half of the global labor supply and about 70 percent of global consumption demand. However, women continue to lag in pay. Time passes slowly when change is overdue. In its 2014 Global Gender Gap Report, the World Economic Forum, estimated that it will take until 2095 to achieve global gender parity in the workplace. Eighty more years until companies and governments are equally led by men and women. And 80 more years of talent pipelines and professional promise not fully realized.
80 more years — that’s four generations — before women achieve gender parity in the workforce. It’s already been too long. Must we wait? Can we afford to?
We can accelerate change if we work together. Come prepared to discuss what your company is doing and what you personally can do to lead and accelerate change. Connect with executives from all sectors of healthcare on an industry imperative of achieving gender parity. Because doing the right thing shouldn’t take 80 years to achieve.
