CANCELLED: Not Business as Usual: Ensuring Women’s Careers Stay on Track
With work environments disrupted, women are taking on more caregiving responsibilities at home and experiencing stress at higher rates than men. In fact, 1 in 3 women are considering leaving or downshifting their careers due to the pandemic and nearly half of women (48 percent) plan to change jobs in the next six months. This is not business as usual - we’re at risk of losing 33 years of progress in women’s careers due to COVID-19.
Join Addie Swartz, CEO of reacHIRE, as she moderates a panel with industry leaders sharing their perspectives on how to keep women supported, so careers and company talent pipelines stay on track.
The panel will:
- Explore the pandemic's scope of the impact on women’s careers and its effects
- Share approaches to help companies meet women where they are
- Discuss the opportunities for your organization to be an industry leader by providing better support systems for working women
- Identify actions to support careers and engage in hybrid, remote or in-person work environments
