HBA SEATTLE PRESENTS

Profiles of Success of C-Suite Professionals

HBA Seattle is offering a mixed panel of women and men executives discussing the characteristics and attributes of candidates sought for C-Suite level positions. Be part of a lively discussion with local executives on the methods they use to screen and determine if a candidate has the necessary leadership skills, knowledge and experience to succeed. Our panel discussion will answer questions about required versus “nice to have” skill sets, what are the best methods for determining cultural fit and other important attributes that are evaluated in the selection process.
