HBA BASEL AND HBA BASEL PRESENTS

Remote Leadership: A Virtual Session on Leading Remote Teams

Please note this webinar will take place from 6:30 - 8:30 PM CET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly.

Task allocation and information flow can be organised. But important soft factors like team spirit and corporate culture are already very difficult to drive. Other challenges usually occur with feedback, informal contacts, creativity and innovation. And how to deal with group dynamics, personal styles, cultures and conflicts?
