HBA OLD GREATER PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Energy Management: Maximizing for Peak Performance

Event details
DePuy Synthes and HBA Greater Philadelphia are thrilled to offer a program from the Human Performance Institute, creators of the corporate athlete program.

Human energy is the most critical resource businesses have. In today’s 24/7 environment, the constant pressure to perform means organizations are asking more of their employees than ever before. The problem is that without the right training, the demands on employees’ energy inevitably exceed capacity, resulting in suboptimal performance, disengagement, health issues, and poor work-life balance.

The Human Performance Institute, led by co-founders Dr. Jim Loehr and Dr. Jack Groppel, pioneered a science-based energy management training solution based on 30 years of proprietary research and working with elite performers including Olymoic gold medalists, military Special Forces, hostage rescue teams, surgeons and Fortune 500 CEOs.

The Human Performance Institute’s nationally recognized energy management training program helps empower individuals to manage and expand their most essential resource for high performance, their energy capacity, to meet the ever-increasing demands and become more productive and effective under pressure without sacrificing their health and happiness.

At this program you will learn how to successfully manage your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy to maximize your performance without sacrificing health or happiness. Energy is our most significant resource yet many fail to manage it effectively.

This session is for everyone. It will teach participants energy management principles that, when applied, will drive high levels of performance, productivity and focus at work and at home.
