This event will provide strategies to exercise your personal leadership style to lead with power and courage. Shirley Wulf is a leadership and team development consultant, speaker, and executive coach. As a Principal of Dimensions Leadership Group (DLG), Shirley and her team partner with mid-size to global Fortune 500 companies to focus on the critical communication and behavioral skills that create positive, inclusive workplaces and drive success. Integrating 25 years of experience in developing and leading successful teams with Roche Pharmaceuticals, a global Fortune 500 company, over a decade of developing teams and leaders, and her passion as a life-long learner, Shirley inspires her clients to develop the mindset and skills required to achieve personal and organizational growth. Through her perceptive and engaging approach, she helps leaders develop the ability to act with greater awareness, intention, agility, and confidence that results in positive, sustainable change in individual, team, and organizational performance.
