HBA SAN DIEGO PRESENTS

HB8 Supper Club - Strengths-Based Leadership

What makes a great leader and leadership team? Through its research, Gallup has determined four distinct domains of leadership strength: Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, and Strategic Thinking. These categories of strengths are useful for thinking about how you, as a leader can contribute to a team.

In this Strengths-Based Leadership workshop we will explore the three key elements to being a more effective leader: knowing your strengths and investing in others' strengths, getting people with the right strengths on your team, and understanding and meeting the four basic needs of those who look to you for leadership.

Advance preparation is requested for this workshop!

If you have previously taken the StrengthsFinder assessment, please bring your personalized Insights Report with you to the event.
