Beyond Feedback: Building Meaningful Conversations Through Peer Exchange (German)
How often do we wait for feedback to come to us, rather than actively creating opportunities for meaningful conversations?
Join us for an interactive networking experience designed to foster authentic exchange, personal reflection, and connection within the HBA Berlin & Bavaria community. In a supportive and confidential setting, participants will engage in guided discussions, share experiences from their professional journeys, and explore different perspectives on asking for feedback and putting it into practice in everyday work life.
Rather than listening to presentations, attendees will spend most of the session in conversation with fellow participants through small-group exchanges and facilitated reflection exercises. The format encourages openness, curiosity, and mutual support, creating space to discuss real-life situations, challenges, and insights with peers who understand the complexities of today's professional environment. Conversations will also turn to how we ourselves can move from simply noting feedback to acting on it, and how we can support and encourage others to do the same.
Whether you are looking to deepen your professional network, gain fresh perspectives, or simply take time for meaningful reflection, this session offers an opportunity to connect with other women leaders and professionals in an engaging and highly participatory setting.
Please note: this event will be conducted entirely in German, although it is being promoted through HBA's English-language event platform.
