HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

Mindfulness Meditation: The Key Toward Professional and Personal Fulfillment

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. Offering concrete and effective tools to expand our awareness, the practice of mindfulness meditation invites change. Practicing modifies reactions and automatic behaviors, regulates painful emotions and repetitive thoughts. As proven by scientific research and numerous corporate mindfulness programs, "mindfulness" is a sustainable solution to help companies and employees, and demonstrates benefits such as significant reduction in perceived stress, increased attentive presence, improved self-esteem, facilitated decision-making, emotional flexibility and many others.

During this event, Marie-Pierre Le Bris will show us how our brains work and will teach us how to use the practice of mindfulness both at work and in our private life. The event will be held in French and is open to all professionals in the health and life sciences sector (men and women) and will be followed by a cocktail.
