HBA CHICAGO-NORTHERN SUBURBS PRESENTS

Rescheduled: Virtual Chat: Managing a Multi-generation Team with Katie Chavanu and Falguni Shah

With Baby Boomers working past their expected retirement age, the workforce is increasingly diversified today, more than ever. There are culture differences between the Baby Boomers, Gen X-ers, Millennials, and Gen Z-ers. The key to managing and leading a diversified workforce is to understand the differences between these employees and create an environment that embraces these differences.

We will use the following questions to generate discussion during our virtual chat:

1. What are the key differences and expectations from the diversified work force?
2. Is your leadership style flexible to manage a diversified work force?
3. What is the one thing you can do differently moving forward to successfully lead your team?
4. What can you do to ensure an inclusive environment and experience for all?
