HBA SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PRESENTS

The Pursuit of Leadership

Join us for an exciting HBA event on LA’s Westside with a panel of high-profile rising Southern California healthcare businesswomen and an esteemed male mentor who will reveal their insights to creating and pursuing leadership opportunities.

We will explore how our panelists have augmented leadership skills within their organization and in the professional community and how mentors or sponsors can support these efforts. The panelists will share their path to building professional relationships at their company and in the industry, identifying and creating chances to lead whether it be a meeting, idea, initiative or new responsibility or role and how to devise a roadmap to leadership success in these situations, overcoming obstacles and leveraging advocates such as mentors.

"Opportunity is always coming, but never knocks on the door. You have to get up and meet her."
