Event description
Inspiring, all day workshop designed to prepare you to navigate career advancement, challenges, changes and/or help kick-start a job search. Everyone will face a career transition - big or small - whether it be upward advancement, horizontal change, new career at some point in time. Learn how you can make this experience positive and rewarding by taking control and being prepared. Defining and articulating your strengths and aspirations positions you for success in whatever comes next.
All participants will receive a copy of the book "Who Are You…When You Are Big", by Kimberly Roush, as part of the registration fee.
Learning objectives
1. Define/refine their expectations about a transition process
2. Network at a more productive level with peers and build mutually beneficial relationships
3. Share best practices and provide encouragement and support - be creative in helping one another
