HBA Black Her-Story Month Event: Coaching Essentials for Success beyond the Concrete Ceiling

Whether you are a woman of color or an ardent and focused ally/sponsor for women of color, there are core solutions needed to help propel past the barriers, detours and biases that stall careers. Attendees of this session will participate in an essential conversation and real talk about these challenges. At the close, there will be take-away tips, tools and career targeting prioritizations that are designed to take actionable steps to advance careers, break and respond to bias barriers and embrace principled leadership focus for self and others.

3. Institute bold, purposeful methods to accelerate your career that you can do to establish your vision, view, and voice – three keys to evaluating your worth.
4. Develop a clear focus on incorporating planful, professional coaching as a companion to your career pathway acceleration.
