HBA GLOBAL PRESENTS

Webinar - Gender Equality by Design: Moving the Needle

Please note this webinar will take place from 12:00 – 1:00 PM ET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly. This webinar will be recorded, and all registrants will receive a link to the recording following the live broadcast.

Join us for the second of three webinars in HBA’s new Accelerating Gender Intelligence series. You may register for this webinar by itself or save money by registering for the three-part series.

Gender equality is a moral and a business imperative, but unconscious bias holds us back. While de-biasing people’s minds has proven to be difficult, de-biasing organizations provides an opportunity to make smart changes that have a big impact. And that’s where behavioral design can help.

The HBA is pleased to welcome behavioral economist Iris Bohnet, professor of public policy at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, to the series. Combining insights from economics and psychology, her most recent research examines behavioral design to de-bias how we live, learn and work. Her book, “What Works: Gender Equality by Design” draws on data collected by companies, universities and governments in multiple countries and identifies evidence-based interventions that can be immediately adopted by organizations to promote gender equality - often at low cost and high speed - and move the needle.
