Panel speakers will discuss one's own innate power of influence. How does one define what that power is? Do you need to be part of the Leadership team to have influence? How do you assess how much influence you have at work? By identifying critical components for successful influencing, you will learn the art of influencing without authority. Panel will share their success stories selecting effective communication style (s) in various situations to influence across the organization.

This event will be held in conference room #1050. Drinks and appetizers will be provided. Parking is available on site in the lot behind the building or in the garage. Sanofi employees-use badge to enter garage. Non-Sanofi attendees-please press intercom at the garage gate and state that you are attending the Sanofi WISE event and the security guard will raise the gate. You must also bring your photo ID and register at the security desk inside the building
