HBA SEATTLE PRESENTS

Evolving Trends in Leadership

Join HBA Seattle for a discussion that will contrast leadership skills that previously produced results and led to success within organizations, with those that are now necessary as we face continuous and rapid change in our business models, technology, workforce and work environment. We will explore how, based on this new skill set, leaders can prepare themselves and those they lead to be more effective in the future.

We will identify the critical leadership skills needed in the next 20 - 30 years that were necessary to perform at the highest level and achieve meaningful results.
